Coming Home
ISP is relaunching in Milwaukee
Thursday, October 22, 2026 | 5:30 – 8:00 PM
Atrium at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist
812 N. Jackson St., Milwaukee
Free to attend. Appetizers and drinks provided.
An evening of sacred art, stories of hope, and fall flavors, hosted by ISP Milwaukee.
Join us in the atrium at the Cathedral of St. John downtown on Thursday, Oct. 22, to celebrate the relaunch of Ignatian Spirituality Project Milwaukee!
The evening will feature Milwaukee’s very own:
- Sacred artist Jason Gonzalez, founder of 4th Dimension Sobriety, showing his latest series of icons for the first time
- Kinship Café small bites
- Cranberry Bliss mocktails from Zyn Beverages
- Apple cider and buttery vanilla sugar cookies from CutThroat Cakes
Plus a short program. You’ll hear from people who have found their way through homelessness and addiction, and who have a lot to teach the rest of us: about healing, about a community that stays, about believing a new life is possible.
ISP offers spiritual retreats and reflection circles at no cost to participants, in more than 20 cities. A local team is already reassembling. We can’t wait to tell you about it, and to see how you might be moved to help us rebuild together.
Come as you are. Everyone is welcome.
Please RSVP by Monday, Oct. 19, even if you’ve already told us you’re coming, so we can plan food for everyone.
An RSVP by Monday, Oct. 19, helps us set out enough food and drinks.
If you’re bringing someone, have them RSVP too,
so we can welcome them by name.
The evening
- Optional: 5:15 p.m. Mass at the Cathedral
- Doors at 5:30 p.m., with Jason’s icons on display, small bites, and fall drinks
- Short program at 6:10 p.m., with stories of hope and healing
“ISP has given me my voice back. I feel heard, like I matter, like there is purpose in life again.”
– — ISP participant
The Ignatian Spirituality Project (ISP) invites people recovering from homelessness and addiction to encounter God’s love, hope, and healing through spiritual companionship that transforms lives. We offer spiritual retreats and reflection circles, free of charge, in more than 20 cities. The work in Milwaukee is already under way, and a local team is leading it. Rooted in the Jesuit tradition, ISP tends to the spirit: the foundation that helps recovery last.
